Our return policy

All sale items are final sale. Regular-priced merchandise may be returned within 2 weeks for store credit or a credit back to your charge card. No cash refunds.

To make your return quick and easy, please bring:

• Your receipt, gift receipt or order email
• Your item, unworn and unwashed, with the tags still attached

Store credit goes on a TLC gift card and works at both stores, on Facebook Live and online. Credit back to your card goes to the card you paid with.

What's final sale

No cash refunds. Returns are given as store credit or as a credit back to your charge card.

Returning in person

Bring your item and receipt to either store. It doesn't matter which one you bought it from.

We're always happy to help you find a new size or a new favorite on the spot.

Returning by mail

1. Email sales@tlccasuals.com within 2 weeks of delivery with your name and the item you're returning.
2. We'll reply with the return address.
3. Pack it up with your name inside and ship it back with tracking. Return shipping is up to you, and the original shipping charge isn't refundable.
4. Once it arrives, we'll issue your store credit or a credit back to your card.

Live nearby? You can always bring a shipped order back to either store instead.

Damaged or wrong item

If something arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a quick photo to sales@tlccasuals.com right away and we'll make it right.

Gifts

Ask for a gift receipt at checkout. Whoever receives a regular-priced gift can return it for store credit within 2 weeks of purchase.

Ask us before you buy. Email sales@tlccasuals.com or message us on Facebook and we'll measure the piece and tell you how it fits. A few tips:

• Parsley & Sage runs XS to 3X.
• Most of our other clothing runs S to XL.
• Lake Life jackets run very generous. Most girls size down.
